This file contains Section I (Child Anthropometry) of the questionnare.

The CWIQ used a household-based questionnaire which consists of four (4) double-sided forms. Pre-coded multiple choice response questions were used. Information solicited from the children aged under five (5) among others, included place of delivery, participation in weighing and nutritional programmes.
