Interviewer instructions

The category “traditional medicine practitioner” refers to the types of health professionals that are traditionally recognised in that particular society as providing health care or providing information about health care . For example, in South Africa, Sangoma’s are a branch of “traditional” healers that are used by some of the population.
In the cases where a home visit is involved, identify the health care provider who visited the person at home.
